Il Momento Cafe

My first day in Amsterdam, I went wandering through the streets. I heard a bunch of yelling, and I realized that I had happened upon a student protest. I had spent a long night in planes traveling, and there were so many people and so much energy in the street, so I ducked into the Il Momento Café for a coffee. The photo is blurry and dark, but it feels so out of time and puts me back so quickly into the moment (ironically) that I just love it.
