Icelandic Volcano - FI

Adventures in Iceland

Better late than never, right my friends?

So, my day in Iceland has proven to me just how amazing nature is. Filled my belly with a robust Icelandic breakfast and headed off on a super Jeep tour. I walked between tectonic plates, ventured into a lava cave (ugh… terrifying for me), watched steam roll off of a hot spring, studied a beautiful waterfall, stood in a lava field, and… ready for this… stood on the edge of a snow covered volcano.

As if it wasn’t enough, I ventured out on a boat into a frigid fjord and got to see the Northern Lights.

It was an absolutely magical day.
