Blacksmith's Heart

Forging Hearts

As my Valentine’s day present to you, I present this smoldering heart that’s about to get hammered. The perfect metaphor for love: either a beautiful bond is created or it all falls apart in a smoldering hot mess.
I went to the Florida State Fair last weekend. I was too emotional in the animal area and overwhelmed with the number of people on the midway (impossible to take photos really),  so I retreated into the nostalgic loveliness of Cracker Country. Living history.
